It's been a while since I've posted. I know this. But a lack of posting does not equate to a lack of motivation. Or a lack of renovation. There's plenty of both.
Let's journey on a quick tour to get a sense of the current state of things.
Guest bedroom: View from the door.
Guest bedroom: View from the bedside.
Master bedroom: View from bedside.
Dining room: View from kitchen.
Dining room: Close-up of fireplace.
Dining room: Close-up of tabletop.
Dining room: View of bar/buffet.
Kitchen: View from dining room.
Kitchen + Dining Room + Mystery Room.
If you're patient, I'll reveal the wonders taking place behind the mysterious plastic curtain. Stand. By.
Still untouched are the office (3rd bedroom), and two bathrooms. Back to work.
Cheers,
-Baz

Love the storage space built in to the master bed headboard. That comforter looks familiar...

Clean and tidy. It all pops. Intrigued by the plastic curtain and the treasure behind.
Nice! I'm in the middle (I hope) of restoring mine. I was fortunate that the previous owners didn't remodel, but took good care of the house. Thanks for sharing.
WOW....that's a lot of work in those rooms! Isn't it? :D
You're more than justified for your abscence then ;)
Great job.
Ciao.
Nice, I'm pinning your kitchen island.
Love! I love the dining room. We haven't been able to add the special touches yet. Our renovations have gotten us a clean slate, time to make it all MCM now. Very inspirational!
Really neat and nice job, i can't wait to see the mystery behind the plastic curtain, must be awesome!!!
There's so much to love in these pictures! And I can't wait to find out what's behind the curtain. Thanks for the visits to our FB page recently.
loving your open kitchen! I have a concrete wall dividing my kitchen from the dining room. I'd love to break that thing down but I fear it's a load bearing wall... waaaa
Looks great love the art especially bold and bright art makes a huge difference to a room!

Hi,.
All are looking very nice and well decorated designs,.
How Fabulous! You are a hard working man and it shows!
very interesting and really awesome
Love it! Have you had any issues with your Burke chairs leaving indentations on your wood floors? My bamboo floors have some forming, even with a thin rug, so I'm trying to figure out what to do. I guess a thicker rug or something. Thanks! Love your blog!
