Hey Baz...beautiful! What's your table top cut from? I have a tulip knock-off from CB2 and I've been trying to get hubby to make me a bigger table top like this one. He hates it when I find more projects for him. :>

You should think about re-routing your lamp cord so that it's hidden and doesn't stretch across the room.

Nice! That last image looks as if it were clipped from a period MCM zine.

The tricorne dishes are rocking. You must come over soon regarding dishes.

I have the same Tricorne plates! My father bought them for me over 20 years ago I have always loved them. We are moving in November from a bungalow into a great Mid-Century house and can not wait to display these plates!

great post! your blog is so inspiring. we just moved into a mcm ranch built in 1960, and though much of the original detail is still here {which we love}, there are some things that need to be restored. and i have to learn patience in furnishing it with the mcm pieces i have coveted for so long. but seeing the kinds of things you have been doing on your blog is giving me much inspiration. between your blog and the blog "brick house", i have all the inspiration i need. thanks!!
